Mix the contents of the sachet with 40–70 g of sugar and 6 tablespoons of cold milk (taken from 500 ml total).
Bring the remaining milk (approximately 440 ml) to a boil.
Once boiling, add the pudding mixture while stirring constantly.
Continue stirring and cook for about 1 minute until the pudding thickens.
Pour into bowls or molds and let cool. Serve warm or chilled.
