Way of preparation:
Pour 1.5 g of the above-ground part of the nettle with 2 dl of cold water and heat it gently for a few minutes or pour 2 dl of boiling water over it and leave it to stand for 10 minutes, strain it and drink it several times a day. 1 teaspoon = ca.0.8 g
