Pisinger wafers
Ingridients:
- 6 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 200 g cokolade
- 250 g butter
- 1 wafers
Preparation:
Conjoining eggs sugar and melted chocolate.Stir on steam until the mixture becomes thick.Remove from the steam and leave to cool.The whipped butter added to the mixture.Coat one wafer at a time until there is no cue.
Leave in the fridge to tighten six hours. Cut to shreds and surve.
