Dr. Oetker Cheesecake smeša za kolač će Vam pomoći da ovu poznatu poslasticu pripremite brzo i jednostavno. U pakovanju se nalazi mleveni keks za pripremu podloge, smeša za beli krem i želatin.

Nacin pripreme:

1.Potrebno za podlogu: 100 g maslaca min. 82% m.m., 70 ml gaziranog soka sa ukusom narandže.

2.Potrebno za krem: 240 ml hladnog mleka 1,5% m.m. (iz frižidera), 400 g sirnog namaza min. 70% m.m. u suvoj materiji.

3.Potrebno za voćni preliv: 400 g zamrznutog šumskog voća, 50 ml vode, 300 ml tečnosti (oceđeni sok iz voća + voda), 40 g šećera.

4.Priprema podloge: Papirom za pečenje obložiti dno kalupa, prečnika 26 cm. Otopiti maslac. Dodati mleveni keks i gazirani sok, kratko umutiti mikserom. Masu ravnomerno rasporediti po dnu kalupa, uz pritiskanje da podloga bude ravna. Staviti u frižider.

5.Priprema krema: U odgovarajuću dublju posudu sipati hladno mleko i sirni namaz i lagano umutiti mikserom. Dodati sadržaj kesice za krem. Mutiti mikserom najmanjom brzinom oko pola minuta, a potom najvećom brzinom oko 3 minuta. Krem ravnomerno rasporediti preko podloge od keksa. Vratiti u frižider.

6.Priprema voćnog preliva: Zamrznuto voće staviti u cediljku da se odmrzne i ocedi (može 1 dan ranije). Izmeriti sok i dopuniti vodom do 300 ml. Želatin iz kesice sipati u manju posudu, pomešati sa 4 kašike (50 ml) vode i ostaviti 10 minuta da nabubri. Sipati tečnost u odgovarajuću šerpicu, dodati šećer i nabubreli želatin, zagrevati uz neprestano mešanje, dok se želatin ne rastopi (ne treba da provri). Skloniti sa šporeta, dodati voće i dobro promešati. Ostaviti da se prohladi oko 30 minuta, povremeno promešati. Po potrebi skinuti kašikom penu. Ravnomerno preliti voćni preliv preko fila.

Cheesecake odložiti u frižider do serviranja (najbolje do sutradan). Pre serviranja skinuti obruč kalupa i pažljivo iseći.

7.Predlog: Za pripremu krema možete koristiti: sitan sir ili obran svež sir; za pripremu voćnog fila: višnje, maline, jagode ili voće po izboru.

8.Savet: Ukoliko koristite sveže voće kratko ga prokuvati, uz dodatak šećera i vode po potrebi.

Dr. Oetker Cheesecake cake mix will help you prepare this famous treat quickly and easily. The package contains ground biscuits for preparing the base, a mixture of white cream and gelatin.


Preparation:
1.Required for the base: 100 g butter min. 82% m.m., 70 ml of carbonated orange-flavored juice.
2. Needed for cream: 240 ml of cold milk 1.5% m.m. (from the fridge), 400 g of cheese spread min. 70% m.m. in dry matter.
3. Needed for fruit topping: 400 g of frozen forest fruit, 50 ml of water, 300 ml of liquid (squeezed fruit juice + water), 40 g of sugar.
4. Substrate preparation: Line the bottom of the mold, 26 cm in diameter, with baking paper. Melt the butter. Add ground biscuits and carbonated juice, beat briefly with a mixer. Spread the mass evenly on the bottom of the mold, pressing so that the surface is flat. Refrigerate.
5. Preparation of cream: Pour cold milk and cheese spread into a suitable deeper bowl and lightly beat with a mixer. Add the contents of the cream bag. Stir with a mixer at the lowest speed for about half a minute, and then at the highest speed for about 3 minutes. Spread the cream evenly over the biscuit base. Return to the refrigerator.
6. Preparation of fruit sauce: Put frozen fruit in a strainer to thaw and drain (maybe 1 day earlier). Measure the juice and make up to 300 ml with water. Pour the gelatin from the bag into a small bowl, mix with 4 tablespoons (50 ml) of water and leave for 10 minutes to swell. Pour the liquid into a suitable pan, add sugar and swollen gelatin, heat with constant stirring, until the gelatin melts (it should not boil). Remove from the stove, add the fruit and mix well. Leave to cool for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. If necessary, remove the foam with a spoon. Pour the fruit sauce evenly over the filling.
Refrigerate the cheesecake until serving (preferably until the next day). Before serving, remove the rim of the mold and carefully cut.
7. Suggestion: For the preparation of cream you can use: cottage cheese; for the preparation of fruit filling: cherries, raspberries, strawberries or fruit of your choice.
8. Tip: If you use fresh fruit, boil it briefly, with the addition of sugar and water as needed.
