Krem za Rozen tortu

Priprema torti i kolača nikada nije bila brža. Dr. Oetker Krem za Rozen tortu sadrži mleveni keks i ima prijatnu aromu oraha. Odlična je zamena za pripremanje ovog fila po tradicionalnom receptu. Ovaj krem se priprema za samo nekoliko minuta, uz dodavanje mleka i margarina (ili maslaca).

Način pripreme:

1.Potrebno dodati: 800 ml mleka, 200 g margarina.

2.Uputstvo za pripremu krema: Pomešati sadržaj kesice sa 200 ml hladnog mleka, mešati dok se ne razbiju grudvice. Ostatak mleka zagrejati do ključanja. Skloniti sa šporeta i dodati razmućeni sadržaj kesice. Kuvati oko 1 min, uz neprestano mešanje. Skloniti sa šporeta, dodati iseckani margarin i rastopiti ga uz neprestano mešanje.

3.Savet više: 100 g mlevenih oraha dodati u vruć krem i dobro promešati.

4.Predlog za pripremu Rozen torte: Toplim kremom (prohladiti 10-ak min.) filovati 1 pakovanje Dr. Oetker Rozen kora. Premazati ravnomerno sve kore, osim poslednje. Prekriti folijom, staviti u frižider i pritisnuti. Posle par sati ili sutradan tortu ukrasiti glazurom.

5.Priprema glazure:U odgovarajuću posudu sipati 250 g šećera u prahu, dodati 4 kašike (50 ml) mlake vode i dobro izmešati viljuškom. Dodati crvenu Dr.Oetker Boju za kolače u gelu do željene nijanse roze boje. Premazati glazurom poslednju koru. Staviti u frižider da se glazura stegne. Tortu pre serviranja seći na štanglice.

Cream for Rose Cake

Preparing cakes and pastries has never been faster. Dr. Oetker Rose Cake Cream contains ground biscuits and has a pleasant walnut aroma. It is an excellent substitute for preparing this filling according to a traditional recipe. This cream is prepared in just a few minutes, with the addition of milk and margarine (or butter).

Way of preparation:

1. Need to add: 800 ml of milk, 200 g of margarine.
2. Instructions for preparing the cream: Mix the contents of the bag with 200 ml of cold milk, stir until the lumps break. Heat the rest of the milk to boiling. Remove from the stove and add the stirred contents of the bag. Cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from the stove, add the chopped margarine and melt it, stirring constantly.
3. Tip more: add 100 g of ground walnuts to the hot cream and mix well.
4. Suggestion for the preparation of Rosen cake: Fill 1 package with warm cream (cool for about 10 minutes). Oetker Rose bark. Spread all crusts evenly, except the last one. Cover with foil, put in the fridge and press. After a couple of hours or the next day, decorate the cake with icing.
5. Preparation of the glaze: Pour 250 g of powdered sugar into a suitable bowl, add 4 tablespoons (50 ml) of lukewarm water and mix well with a fork. Add the red Dr.Oetker Gel Cake Color to the desired shade of pink. Coat the last crust with glaze. Refrigerate to allow the glaze to set. Cut the cake into bars before serving.
