It is easy to prepare, it certainly succeeds and it gets solid quickly. The content of the bag with the addition of sugar is enough for 250ml of liquid.

Way of preparation:
Mix the contents of the bag with 2 equal spoons (30g) of sugar in a deeper bowl. Gradually add 250ml of water, stirring constantly, so that no lumps are formed. Advice:

Dodatkom voćnog soka ili vode sa Dr. Oetker prelivom za torte se dobija prozirna glazura za sve voćne torte. Sa Dr. Oetker prelivom za torte svako voće ostavlja sjajan utisak. Jednostavan je u pripremi, sigurno uspeva i brzo se steže. Sadržaj kesice je uz dodatak šećera dovoljan za 250ml tečnosti.

Način pripreme:
Sadržaj kesice pomešati sa 2 ravne kašike (30g) šećera u dubljem sudu. Postepeno dodavati 250 ml vode, uz neprestano mešanje, da se ne bi napravile grudvice. Smešu uz neprestano mešanje zagrevati do tačke ključanja (da ne provri) i nastaviti sa mešanjem na laganoj vatri, još oko 1 minut. Ostaviti da se kratko prohladi, 8-10 minuta. Ukoliko se previše stegne, možete ga ponovo zagrejati. Kada preliv počne da želira, naneti na tortu od sredine ka krajevima. Površina se brzo steže. Kada se preliv ohladi, tortu možete seći.

Savet:

Ako želite preliv u boji, vodu zamenite voćnim sokom. Sok od višnje najbolje je razrediti sa vodom u jednakoj razmeri. Ako koristite kompot od kajsije, breskve ili šljive iz konzerve, treba dodati još tri kašike tečnosti.
