From the peppers carefully cultivated in Šumadija, Vojvodina and Southern Serbia, we make red peppers spread Ajvar, based on traditional Serbian recipe. Red peppers are roasted on wood and peeled by hand, cooked in bronze pots thus making finely salted Balkan delicacy. Our Ajvars are made 100% from red peppers. Every jar is produced from healthy red peppersand has the same taste as Ajvar you ate at your grandmas’ kitchens, but in accordance with the highest food quality and safety standards.

HOW IT'S MADE?

Sweet home mild ajvar is produced 100% from ripe, healthy red peppers grown next to the river Morava. Peppers are brought from fields directly to the production, where they are roasted manually on wood. Roasted pepper is carefully peeled, cleaned from stalks and seeds and left to drain naturally before it is taken into production. Drained pepper is ground and with other ingredients put into bronze pots, where it is fried by constant manual steering to make true home-made ajvar.

INGREDIENTS:

Red peppers, sunflower oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, without preservers, artificial colors and aromas.

Od paprike pažljivo uzgajane u Šumadiji, Vojvodini i Južnoj Srbiji, pravi se ajvar, prema tradicionalnoj srpskoj recepturi. Paprike ručno pečene na drvima i pažljivo oljuštene, prže se u tučanim šerpama i kao proizvod nastaje fino posoljeni i uljem uprženi domaći delikates. Naši ajvari se prave isključivo od crvene paprike bez dodataka plavog patlidžana, paradajza ili bilo kog drugog povrća. Svaka tegla našeg ajvara je proizvedena od zdravog ploda paprike i ima isti onaj ukus koji ste jeli kod vaših baka, a napravljen je u skladu sa najvišim standardima kvaliteta i bezbednosti hrane.

OPIS PROIZVODNJE:

Sweet home blagi ajvar se proizvodi isključivo od zrelih, zdravih crvenih paprika uzgajanih na obalama reke Morave. Paprika se dovozi direktno iz njiva u fabriku, gde se odmah ručno peče na drvima. Pečena paprika se ručno ljušti, odstranjuje joj se drška i semenke i ostavlja se da se ocedi pre nego što se uzme u proizvodnju. Oceđena paprika se zatim melje i tako samlevena se sa ostalim sastojcima stavlja u tučane šerpe, gde se uz konstantno mešanje prži i nastaje pravi domaći ajvar.

Crvena paprika, suncokretovo ulje, sirće, kuhinjska so, šećer, bez konzervansa, bez veštačkih boja i aroma.
